    A good first draft, well done. I particularly like the colours in your main image and masthead font choice. Targets:
    1) Add a bar code.
    2) Add a price, issue number and date in a small font (8pt or 10pt below the masthead or above the barcode).
    3) Add more teaser stories.

Links Between The Lego Movie & The Matrix

Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the intertextual relationship between The Matrix and The Lego Movie (10 marks) The pros of stealing the ideas and characters from another movie is that you do not have to be imaginative with coming up with your own ideas. The Lego movie copied the entire plot from the Matrix; including both of the settings being in a completely imaginative world. Both movies have an average guy who becomes a hero, a leader who is captured, and once both of them 'die' and come back to life they are able to do anything. With the Matrix being successful, this means the Lego Movie would be successful. The Lego Movie producers did not need to use their imagination to come up with ideas as they had this template already created.  The disadvantage of copying another movie is the threat of copyright.
